From our extensive range of plastic fans, our H-Series Heavy Duty plastic fans are best suited for medium to heavy-duty applications.
Manufactured by our time-served plastic fabricators in our Manchester factory they provide an excellent extraction solution for the industrial sector. These centrifugal fans offer a multitude of rotational discharge angles to accommodate more intricate duct systems and allow improved system flow.
The H-series centrifugal fans are available as a compact direct drive arrangement, controlled via an inverter for energy saving, or the optional vee belt drive version.
Manufactured from polypropylene as standard, additional stiffening and glass fibre reinforcement can be added to handle higher fan speeds and system resistance.
The H-series centrifugal heavy duty fan range is available in 10 standard sizes.
The materials of construction are chosen according to their application and resistance to chemical attack. We’ll ask you to provide full details at tender stage.

We do not offer single-phase motors for our plastic fans. This is for the following reasons:
Should a single-phase motor still be requested, we would require this to be free-issued for us to fit. We would be unable to provide a warranty on the fan unit due to the potential issues that may be experienced.
APMG will always recommend three-phase motors controlled using a single-phase input/three-phase output inverter.
